The following information outlines ways in which you can access this service. 
  • Talk to your GP and ask if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for individual therapy.
  • If you don’t have a MHCP from your GP, you may be able to use your Private Health Insurance if it covers Psychology.
  • You can refer yourself and self-fund your sessions.
