New Tracks Psychology is unable to provide crisis support.  Please go to “Other Help” on our website for services that can help you.

Also note, a new Mental Health Care Plan will give you an initial 6 sessions.  You will then need to go back to your GP to get an extension of 4 sessions.  You will need to do this in order to claim a Medicare rebate.  Please discuss this with your psychologist if you have any other questions.

Currently, Medicare will not allow you to pay 'just the gap' fee, so you will have to pay the full fee through our online STRIPE payment system, and if you have Medicare Easyclaim set up, we can claim it for you and you will get the rebate directly into your account.  If not, you can take you invoice to a Medicare office and lodge them over the counter.

You will be billed directly after your appointment and as soon as full payment is received we can put your claim through to Medicare where you should get your rebate within 24 hours into your nominated account.  If you have any issues with this, please email [email protected] and we can try and help you.
